My fraternal twin brother, Waldo Landers Jaquith, just got a big grant to finish developing this culture-changing piece of software. He also received an award at the White House a few weeks ago for this same work.The idea is to make state codes accessible and understandable to ordinary people without having to spend vast sums of money on legal fees.
Conceptually, this builds on his work creating Richmond Sunlight, which makes it simple for regular people to track, understand and critique legislation in Virginia.
